Almost immediately after giving birth to her daughter, Mommy Makeup founder Debra Rubin-Roberts realized that the makeup routine to which she had become accustomed would no longer suit her lifestyle. With a new life to care for, Debra concluded that her 13 products would have to be downsized. After two and a half years of development, Debra launched Mommy Makeup.
