Pour an amount the size of a thumbnail onto the palm of your hand. Lather with fingertips, and apply the foam to your face, massaging for about ten seconds. Rinse with warm or cool water and washcloth. Finish with toner of choice, such as Fresh Complexion Mist.

Soft Cleaner with NO skin irritation.
I like the cleanser, it doesn't feel heavy on the face and it gently washed away all traces of make up, except mascara, but I wouldn't use it for that purpose; in general I am quite happy with the Cellex-X Cleanser, the foaming action is a major plus as I don't have to feel like my face needs a good scrub after using the product.
I highly recommend the product, especially to anyone who suffers from dry, irritated skin, for it's a gentle cleanser with amazing results.
