How to Use

Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into teapot or tea press. Pour the boiling water over the tea. Steep for 3–7 minutes.

For iced tea quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into the serving pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top-up with cold water.

For drinking add sugar or honey to taste.

For treatment dilution refer to the Chocolate and Cherries Jubilee protocols for the Face, Body, Hands and Feet — the usual dilution is 1:1 tea with product.

For massage dip hands periodically into a bowl filled with tea.
