How to Use

For puffiness, apply morning and night.

Apply several times a day if desired.

To brighten and lift the eye area, apply 3-4 dots to the outer corner of the eye and pat vigorously for 20 seconds.

To clean up eye makeup mistakes just dot on and blend in wherever mistakes were made.

Bright eyes
