High Skin Refiner Lifting Eye Cream

Apply daily morning and evening after cleansing. Pat cream gently into skin around eyes. May also be used once or twice a week as an eye mask. Apply a generous amount around the eyes, leave on for 15 minutes to take effect, remove excess with cosmetic tissue.
