How to Use

Morning and/or evening, after removing eye makeup, lightly dab around eye area, starting from the edge and moving inward.

cool refreshing feeling
I liked how it feels, relaxing my eye area making it feel refreshed not tired. It is easy to apply not heavy and goes on smoothly. The cost is high but worth the end results.
