Laser Lightning Toner

This purifying toner lightens and brightens the skin without the use of hydroquinone. Freckles, sun damage and other forms of discoloration are evened for a clearer, brighter complexion. Albatin inhibits melanin production while fullerene absorbs free radicals caused by UVA and UVB damage. The skin is purified, brightened and ready for further treatment. Suitable for all skin types.

How to Use

Apply to clean dry skin with cotton pad. Use AM and PM. Use as part of your Laser Lightning regimen.
