Recommended Use: 1. Cleanse the face, neck and décolleté and pat dry.
2. Connect the AC adapter to the bottom of the device and plug into the wall socket.
3. Remove the black goggle and place the light panel directly on the area requiring treatment. The device will beep every 3 minutes to help track treatment time.
4. Divide the face into 3 sections.
5. Use the pulsating light (press the P button on the handset).
6. Start treatment at the base of the neck. Move the handset slowly and gently in a circular and upward movements working each sections for a 3 minute interval, for a total of 9 minutes (The handset will beep every three minutes to keep track of time).
7. Divide face into 5 sections.
8. Follow with constant light (press the C button on the handset).
9. Using circular technique for 3 minutes per section for a total of 15 minutes. (The handset will automatically shut off after 24 minutes). Finish treatment with the appropriate oil free lotion or serum then apply sun screen.
