Dampen skin with warm water. Slowly and gently massage cream onto skin avoiding the eye area, for 1-2 minutes. Rinse well, pat dry. Best if used 1-2 times per week, allowing 3 days between treatments.

Great product!!
After a month of using the 'Microdermabrasion in a Jar' I have seen a significant glowing difference in the appearance of my skin!! The product was easy to use and not too abrasive, although a bigger jar would be nice.
