Recommended Use: Remove ampoule from outer sleeve. Flip it over and reinsert it with the brush tip pointing outwards. Center the ampoule between thumb and index finger. Squeeze firmly until inner tube pops. Point brush tip down and squeeze until brush is saturated. Rub onto teeth in a circular motion. Apply until ampoule is empty. Do not rinse. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking.
