Twist or snip open the capsule end with scissors and squeeze the concentrate on fingertip. Gently massage over cleansed face, throat, and eye areas, avoiding eyelids. Use once or twice daily. Follow with a Dermalogica moisturizer. For external use only.

Awesome multi-vitamins for the face
These capsules are easy to use and because of the capsule color keeps the cream stable and effective (Vitamin C degrades in light.) The amount of cream is enough for your face and neck so it is a great value. I travel a lot and this is so easy to pack (there is a samll travel container in each box) and it gets through security. I have been using this product for years and it's a stable in my regimen.
