No Effect.......
I received my gloLip plumper by gloMinerals today and I'm not very pleased with the purchase. I expected a tingle as I've purchased similiar products before, but it really burns. And even worse, it didn't seem to 'plump' at all. It just looks like a clear gloss, and with the sticky texture it FEELS like a really cheap gloss. I will not purchase this product again, and I definately would not recommend it to anyone else.
