How to Use

great enhancement to eyeliner
For evening or a more glam look this work great in addition to regular eyeliner. I put it on top of my brown eyeliner, a dot on inside corner of my eye, small line on top lid and it makes your eyes stand out. Not at all too much, just a hint of "POW".
